Используя приложение Halfy («Приложение»), вы принимаете эти условия. Если вы с ними не согласны, не используйте Приложение.

Лицензия

Вам предоставляется неисключительная непередаваемая лицензия на личное некоммерческое использование Приложения на устройствах Apple, которыми вы владеете или управляете, в соответствии с Правилами использования App Store.

Стандартное соглашение Apple

К Приложению применяется стандартное лицензионное соглашение Apple для лицензированных приложений: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Настоящие условия его дополняют.

Сайты и контент третьих лиц

Приложение работает как браузер. Видео и другие материалы на сайтах — YouTube, TikTok, Instagram и сайтах, которые вы добавили сами, — принадлежат их владельцам и авторам. Разработчик не создаёт, не проверяет и не контролирует этот контент и не отвечает за него. Пользуясь сайтом, вы соглашаетесь с его правилами. Пожаловаться на материал можно средствами самого сайта.

Товарные знаки

YouTube и YouTube Shorts — товарные знаки Google LLC, TikTok — товарный знак ByteDance Ltd., Instagram и Reels — товарные знаки Meta Platforms, Inc. Halfy не связан с этими компаниями и не одобрен ими; их названия используются только для обозначения сайтов.

Допустимое использование

Запрещено использовать Приложение для нарушения закона, прав третьих лиц и правил сайтов.

Отказ от гарантий

Приложение предоставляется «как есть», без каких-либо гарантий. Сайты могут быть недоступны в вашей стране, менять свою работу или не открываться — разработчик на это не влияет.

Ограничение ответственности

В пределах, допустимых законом, разработчик не отвечает за ущерб, связанный с использованием Приложения и сайтов третьих лиц.

Изменения

Если условия изменятся, мы обновим дату в начале документа и опубликуем новую версию в Приложении и на сайте.

By using the Halfy app (“the App”) you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use.

Apple's standard agreement

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the App: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms supplement it.

Third-party websites and content

The App works as a browser. Videos and other material on websites — YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and sites you add yourself — belong to their owners and authors. The developer does not create, review or control that content and is not responsible for it. By using a website you agree to its rules. To report material, use the website's own tools.

Trademarks

YouTube and YouTube Shorts are trademarks of Google LLC, TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd., Instagram and Reels are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Halfy is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies; their names are used only to identify the websites.

Acceptable use

You may not use the App to break the law, infringe the rights of others or violate websites' rules.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Websites may be unavailable in your country, change how they work or fail to open — the developer has no control over that.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the App or third-party websites.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update the date at the top and publish the new version in the App and on the website.
